About the engineer
I’m George, the founder and lead audio engineer at Erato Sound Recording Studio in Astoria, NY. I graduated from SAE Institute in 2021 with professional training in audio engineering and hold Pro Tools Certification — a standard in modern music production. After graduation, I sharpened my skills working at Studio 32 in Brooklyn, a hip-hop-focused recording space, as well as gaining experience with Luxor Recording.
Now, I’m proud to open my own studio where local artists and musicians can create, record, and produce amazing work in a supportive and professional setting. My passion is helping you capture the true energy of your performance and craft a sound you’re proud to share.
